PC EEG system amplifier then analog to digital converter for larger frequency range with less amplification and filter and amp noize. The system uses the 1168 instramentation amplifier a similar passive low pas filter before the instramentation amplifier. The in. amp has a gain of 10-12 using very percise resistors to keep the difference small between channels & noize etc. The input lowpass is using carbon resistors oni its inputs and 5K resistors to eliminate the need for diodes. The analog to digital converter ads1256 has been very difficult to program... extreemly difficult. I am begining to wonder if other more streaight forward to use chips might be avalable giving similar features and operating specs.
