Hello again guys- two small follow up question: -is it possible to perform handover from 3G to 2G? (in our case- to force cellulars to connect to OpenBTS GSM network) -is there a comfortable way to detect ARFCN of nearby phones using SDR? without checking the phone itself. Thanks!
