[Openbts-discuss] IMSI Catcher Problem

​Good afternoon!
After successful installation I trying to catch the phones IMSIs BUT I have
a strange behavior of the system.
For example: I know that my phone is connected to the system but IMSI of
this phone not in the tmsi's table. Only if I call from this phone then I
can see IMSI of this phone in the table. I mean, why I can't see
automatically IMSI of the phone when it connected to the system? Anyone
else seen this problem?
