Hi, it still seems like the problems are due to bad timing, please take a look at these graphs that I created from the physical measurements on the channel. Pay special attention to the timing error graph, this one shows that the timing error is constantly between -1.1 and -1.5 bit periods. I should mention that the GPSDO seem to work fine when I run: sudo ./query_gpsdo_sensors, and the GPS-lock led is illuminated.
