HI Neel

I'm using UHD 3.9.2 and Transciever52M from openBTS 5.0 (master/origin).
There seem to be a commit by Tom Tsou in Transceiver52M/UHDDevice.cpp that
compensate for the new FIR filters in UHD 3.9. Although I did not find any
changes concerning the clock source, but maybe I overlooked it.
