[Openbts-discuss] Setting ARFCN neighbors

Hello everyone! 

As i understand, in OpenBTS 5.0, you can only set neighbors by specifying a set of ip-addresses. 
It seems, if i'm not mistaken, that in erlier versions, you could specify the neighbors by ARFCN (see https://wush.net/svn/range/software/public/openbts/features/Cognitive_Radio_Elsabagh/apps/OpenBTS.config.example). 

I wonder if anyone know a way this can be done in 5.0?
I am currently running a security experiment (with permission), so I am spoofing a legitimate network. The goal is to get the MS to monitor other neighbors of that network (not openbts network).
