Hi Alexander, How close are you to the USRP? I would recommend a minimum of 2 meters. Also, Have you added a subscriber for you phone? Seeing the network but not being to join could be a subscription problem too. Objet : [Openbts-discuss] B200 and phones wont connect Hello Folks, I have the USRP B200 with 2 Vert900 antennas and no power supply and also no GPSDO. I'm running OpenBTS 5.0 on Ubuntu 14.04 Desktop. I am facing the problem ,that my phones Iphone 4s and a Samsung phone can see the Test PLMN 1-1 network, but they cant connect to it. While they are trying to connect to the network, openbts tells me this: .. ALERT 4176:4202 2016-03-03T02:08:47.0 Transceiver.cpp:414:pullRadioVector: Clipping detected on RACH input ALERT 4176:4202 2016-03-03T02:08:48.2 Transceiver.cpp:414:pullRadioVector: Clipping detected on RACH input ALERT 4176:4202 2016-03-03T02:08:49.2 Transceiver.cpp:414:pullRadioVector: Clipping detected on RACH input Processing signal vector for sig 28 Done processing signal vector for sig 28 Rethrowing signal 28 system call during CLI select loop: Interrupted system call ..and then continues with the Alerts... OpenBTS> noise noise RSSI is -80 dB wrt full scale MS RSSI target is -50 dB wrt full scale INFO: the current noise level is acceptable. Of course I have read about this issue in this mailing list, but I already followed all the hints, eg. kept distance between MS and the USRP and I also put GSM.Radio.RxGain to 10 or even less - still not working! Any other advices? Would be very happy if I can get this thing going one day. Big thanks in advance! Best regards, Alex |
