as you can see in the above link, RED = transmitting
It shouldn't blink. Maybe it's a power issue.

Are you on USB 3.0? If it is the case, check the USB Controller, some
controllers just don't work with B200, I realized that after few months of
testing...

When I was on uPD720200 controller, my B200 red LED blinks and strange
behaviour appears.

Or maybe you just need an external power supply.
