[Openbts-discuss] IPAWS

Has anyone other than myself considered connecting their OpenBTS with
IPAWS to receive WEA (wireless emergency alerts)? I developed a
working CMSP Gateway that connects and receives alerts a few years
ago, and figured that others might be interested.
