[Openbts-discuss] No dial (ringing) tone when making outgoing calls - but works

It is very stupid situation, but i don't know what to do.

There's a problem: When i make calls inside the network (openBTS) -
everything works as expected, i have dial (ringing) tone.

Also when i calling from regular mobile network to openBTS -  everything
work fine too.

But, when i trying to make outside call (from OpenBTS to regular mobile
network), i don’t have dial (ringing) tone.

Not really a problem, since the calls actually goes through, but extremely
annoying!
