This is the second version of the patch. The first one was submitted
months ago. There was some confusion on the prior version, so I can
understand why it never went in. The current patch really does need to
get merged though.

In the meantime, OpenBTS users with B200's should build against UHD
3.8.5 or use the alternate transceiver OsmoTRX.
