[Openbts-discuss] Handover Implementation_openbts 3

Hello,

I have just gone through the excellent approach developed by Dmitri
Soloviev for performing handover using openbts-2.8.Now, i want to establish
handover between two USRPs configuring two copies of openbts3.1.3 using
Asterisk.
What i am anxious about is that possible to perform handover in such away
using Asterisk and Openbts v3.1.3 as Dmitri created and implemented the
entire procedure for openbts 2.8? using freeswitch?
Did anyone try to implement it with Asterisk and Openbts 3.1.3?
