[Openbts-discuss] Downgrade from 3G to 2G/UMTS

Hello All,
Can anyone here guide me  regarding openBTS-UMTS as i want to downgrade it
from UMTS to GSM using USRP N200 in order to capture the IMSIs using 3G
easily via GSM Stack.
Is there any way possible to do it irregardless of jamming 3G in the
vicinity ?
Any reponse in this regard will highly be appreciated.
