Hello,

I am experiencing inconsistent behavior with respect to GPRS functionality in OpenBTS version 4.0.0.8027.  Sometimes I am able to establish a data connection and my device is assigned an IP address within a reasonable amount of time, and in other instances it never receives an IP address from the RangeNetworks base station I'm using.  I also at times see the Transceiver application continue to crash over and over again.  This is also consistent between power cycles.

Is there a newer, stable release of OpenBTS that you might recommend to address these issues?
