I think that it could be a good idea to document the process also for other
countries. It does not mean to share submitted documents (it would avoid
cut&paste), but sharing links to regulations and whatever could help people
to understand the topic. I people from Europe first  would share their
knowledge about it, a good regulatory map of Europe could be depicted.
A wiki page with a sort of template would help.
