This is absolutely true and also my experience, so I wanted to do this as
early as possible.

Here this seems not necessary, probably due to the fact that there is still
some unassigned spectrum.

ACK. Maybe it helped them to decide in a (for me) positive way that I
mentioned in my letter my education and ham radio call sign dk5ras and the
repeaters call sign db0fue that I operate.
