Kal gives the frequency offset correctly if you specify the exact channel num (or frequency) to listen. if it doesn't find anything on that frequency, it keeps on listening forever(as far as I know). It seems in your case, BTS is not transmitting anything in 900 band. Try with below settings (your config says both are 7) 1. GSM.PowerManager.MaxAttenDB 0 2.
