What version of O.BTS are you using? ...and what version of GNU Radio? I've tested the patch with 2.5.4, using the latest stable GNU Radio (3.3.0) and it sort-of works: The O.BTS version is important as it's the one for which the patch was generated, and the GNU Radio must be of the 3.3.x variant to support the WBX. Deviations from those versions have caused nothing to work for me, but with these versions, the system works with the following caveats: I have not been able to register some newer beefier phones (such as Nexus One), only older phones (Nokia 8210, 8850, 8890, Motorola V600, Motorola V3, Motorola V3i). All phones can see the network, but none can make out the shortname (I remember this happening on my RFX-based tests too though) I can not send any traffic after the initial registration, which includes the registration of more than one device to the system, or a subsequent registration of the same device after a restart of the handset. After the initial registration of one handset (w/ welcome message), O.BTS needs to be restarted to get anything to happen again. Curious how anyone else's mileage may have varied. //AA On Fri, Aug 6, 2010 at 3:39 PM, hanwen <kid...@gm...> wrote: > Hi, > > I'm a quite a newbie to OpenBTS and have only WBX at hand.
