Updated menu.c and screen.c due to allocscreen() now takes an additional parameter.

Nopassiveblock now can use ranges.

Removed upper memory support from GP2X as it doesn't work.

added draw16 and spritex8p16 objects

Add some 8bit sprite/16bit screen support methods, not completed.

Enable range for upper attack.
Alloc screen in one time, don't use tracemalloc again for screen.data.
