BpH) Randy and I are currently working on a solution.
What's been decided upon is all matrices must be
constructed with a Left Handed coordinate frame in mind
(thus preserving the coordinates we get from LightWave and
Maya). Z+ forward, X+ right and Y+ up. Then depending on
what shim you have selected into the screen the shim will
monkey with the matrix before throwing it to the card for
T&L.
