#15 open() from run()

It is possible to try and open the screen from run()
when the bloody thing is already open (excuse my
french). Return false or throw an assertion if this is
attempted in debug code. If not debug then it's their
own silly fault the thing acts up.

> This bug comes from the fact that open() in an earlier
incarnation returned a THREAD pointer. This became moot
sometime after given the addition of the THREAD conversion
operator. Thus the bug was born. To fix it simply return
false (xor eax,eax) if the screen is already open.
