#512 Strange fill behaviour after drawing closed segment

There is a strange bug, when doing the following:
1.) start a new map
2.) draw a closed segment of symbol 501.0
3.) within this segment draw a closed segment of symbol 305
4.) now fill the inner segment with symbol 410

See the attached picture and the omap for the result.

Important: it does not happen if:
the map is saved and loaded before the fill operating is started
or the symbol of the inner segment was changed to another symbol
or the fill is undone and then redone.

Therefore it won't work if you load the attached omap and undo the last fill.

Note: this bug doesn't occur with Mapper 0.5.96

This happens with any nested lines, regardless of symbol.
