Looking at the stacktrace you have, this is the sort of exception you'd get if you tried to call the RexxDirectory::at() method will a null pointer or a bogus pointer value. Is it possible that the static variable initializers are not getting run correctly? The first step to debugging this is to figure out if the RexxMemory::globalStrings variable is getting initialized correctly.
