On top of the currently allowed d, d:, and d:\ drive specifications, RexxUtil functions SysDriveInfo, SysFileSystemType, SysVolumeLabel should also accept UNC \share\path or \?\Volume{GUID} volume specifications.

Anything the Windows APIs can handle should be allowed.
