#529 Add methods to determine type of combo box from Rexx code

There are 3 types of combo boxes in Windows. Simple, drop-down, and drop-down list. The each have different characteristics and behaviors. So, in some cases exactly what is coded in Rexx needs to change depending on the type of the combo box.

Currently there is no easy way to determine the type of the combo box from Rexx. Some methods should be added to get the type of the combo box
