#524 Standard dialogs should work no matter what the application wide setting of auto detect

Many of the Standard dialogs provided in ooDialog are dependent are auto detection being set to on. This is the default, but it is now possible to change the default on an application wide basis.

More and more people are setting the default to off. If they then try to use one of the Standard dialogs in their application, the Standard dialog fails. The is hard for most people to debug.

The Standard dialogs should just work, no matter what the current default for auto detection is.
