ooDialog now has the LvFullRow object that represents all the information a list-view maintains for and item and its subitems.

Currently the LvFullRow objects can be used to insert or add items to the list-view, and to query information concerning a list-view item. To make this complete, the LvFullRow objects should also be allowed to modify and existing list-view item
