#250 ooDialog - retrieve control ID from window handle

ooDialog has a method to get the window handle of a dialog control using the resource ID of the control.

But sometimes you need to go the other way. You have a window handle and you want to know what control it is. It is convenient to be able to get the resource ID when the window handle is knonw.

The Windows API provides this functionality, there should be an ooDialog method to expose it.
