I have a quick question about SysFileCopy.
I am attempting to copy a file that is open by an application.
The file Outlook.pst I know is open the copy runs and the rc = 0
but the copy actually failed. How do I determine if a file is in use..I know via stream state command I can query a file. Is this the right approach ?
