Both the actvsend and pasvsend methods cause a
data loss during transfers of ASCII files exceeding the
MaxBuf value (16384). Updated rxftp.cls with notations
to changes attached.
I can't download the attached file rxftp.cls. I tried
several times and always got just 47918 bytes (complete file
should be much bigger). I've tried with Firefox and MSIE.

This has been fixed in the CVS tree but the release files
have not yet been updated with the new version of the
RxFtp.cls file.
