#888 RPM Does Not Use lib64 on a 64 bit Install

The rpm spec file needs to specify that links to the ooRexx library should be installed in the ${_lib} location rather than hard coding them to lib. This will place the links to the ooRexx libraries in either /usr/lib or /usr/lib64 depending on if ooRexx is a 32 or 64 bit version.

Used the %{_lib} macro to set the target for symlinks to ooRexx libraries in the sped file. Fixed in SVN revision 5627.
