#1429 rxapi daemon startup error on Fedora

Installing ooRexx 5.0.0beta on Fedora 25 (the latest) causes:

(Using Unix sockets instead, would probably not only solve this, but more important allow for using ooRexx on a stick and use it as a "swiss-army-knife" and becoming able to showcase it.)
