For ooRexx 3.0.1 on Windows XP SP2
FtpTrace() is documented to return 0 if successful and
-1 if unsuccessful. In fact the method returns +1 if
successful. Since 0 and -1 are standard return code
throughout, it would make more sense to update the
method than the doc.

The documentation is correct. I fixed the code. The fixed
version is in CVS HEAD as version 1.10.
