genmsgs.bat and genclass.bat, which should be run after modifying rexxmsg.xml or PrimitiveClasses.xml are missing from the main trunk. They can be found in Rick's sandbox (sandbox/rick/newsource/platform/windows). Would be nice if someone could copy them to the main trunk.

Hi Ruurd,
as far as I know those files are not created by the .bat files anymore but by a target for cmake. They will be generated if cmake finds a local xalan binary.
Best,
Moritz
D'oh, you are right. I forgot that we had finally fixed that.
The master message file still references the need to run genmsgs. This should be cleaned up.
Rick, what about PrimitiveClasses.xml? Should that be cleaned up as well?
Yes, that one as well.

Bugs:
#1329I see that I have been set as the owner of this bug, but I don't understand how or what needs doing. It looks like the files that were missing (but not needed) have been copied into place (but should not have been).
Now all that appears to be unactioned is a clean up of Master message file and primitiveclasses.xml.
As I don't understand the context, can someone supply either detailed directions or a patch.
thanks,
Jon
