#113 Mutable Buffer Can\'t be subclassed

An attempt to subclass Mutable Buffer returns an
instance of Mutable Buffer instead of the subclass.

The new method was attaching the instance behavior for the
MutableBuffer class rather than instance behavior for the
current class object.
