#1113 rxapi abends on a large pre-compiled library

System: Win7 x64 REXX: 4.1.2 x64
I have a large subroutine library, subroutines.src which I precompile into subroutines.rex

A recent change in subroutines.src resulted in rxapi abending when any program ::requires subroutines.rex

I upgraded to 4.1.2 and re-precompiled subroutines.src but it didn't help.

Windows offers to send the diagnostics to Microsoft, but I can capture them and attach them to this ticket if anyone fancies a bit of debugging.

Over the years I've been intermittently plagued by segmentation faults in pre-compiled libraries, and I suspect the problem may have come back.
