As mentioned in https://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=3208222&forum_id=607849 the Change Log currently lists what was done to a particular CI, when, and by whom. It would be nice if one could put a reason why a change was made e.g. "Implementation of Change Request x".

Im modeling changes projects as CIs, it would be great to attach those changelogs to my Change CIs.

Also, it would be good to be able to create a report of all changes done in the system (for a set of CIs) for a defined time period.
