we are running some tests using the Basic Model. We would like to find a way of listing IP addresses (sorted by IP address).
To achieve this,we have changed the Hardware Template Display Name to ${L_IP_Address} - ${A_Name}, but cannot find a way of sorting by display name. Is this possible?

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
With the model designer one can sort instance columns by clicking on the header (except the display name).
(The display name is a evaluated value and therefore one can not get any help from the backend db to sort on it)
So there you can sort on the ipaddress field.
Also the sort is only handling text so when sorting on ip addresses it might not be what one would want.

In the Admin GUI this is not possible.
With the model designer one can sort instance columns by clicking on the header (except the display name).
