[Once-media] Leveling System

Here's the short version.  Since there will always be a skill system, 
there is no point in arguing over if that should be used.   Here's the 
simple poll:  Do we include a character level system (Like EQ2, EQ1, 
WOW, etc)?

Yes (for including) or No (for skill only)
