It would be very useful to have matching glossary entries highlighted (underlined?) in the original text.

Okay. Something like that will be put into place in future. Any further details you have about exactly how you see this could be helpful. There are a number of different ways to implement this, so let us try to find the most pragmatic way to accomplish this.

Underline is the first that comes to my mind (as in OmegaT) and it might serve the purpose very well until a better alternative is found.
