#24 Entries with modified tags window
(1) Presently this windows pops up in the foreground and then goes back and forth between foreground and background, which is not very convenient. One of the possible solutions might be a default general window setting which temporarily divides the main window into two (vertically might be better than horizontally) so that the "Entries with modified tags" constantly remains visible at this stage until it is closed, when the application switches back to user window settings.
(2) This window might also be useful if it can highlight the tag differences instead of or in addition to the present function highlighting merely all tags in the segment.
The modified tags window definitely needs to be reimplemented in a better fashion (I have intended to get around to it for a while). Similar to what you have mentioned in (1) I would consider adding the window inside the program as another view, but defaulting to be only visible when tag modifications are encountered. After that it could stay open, if desired. Since it would be another view the user can locate it as they like, and the settings are saved as usual between uses.
As for (2), this could be a little tricky, something I will have to look into before I can make an assessment of its viability. I can already see that it will be ambiguous in some ways to try to represent the differences because a user can move tags around.
(1) Your idea about how this window can better be displayed might be better than mine -- thanks...
(2) A full display of differences might be tricky in deed... Perhaps flagging merely the tags that are missing or superfluous in the translation text might be less tricky...
