#22 Status Bar usage

Currently OmegaT+ does not use the status bar efficiently -- merely repetition -- which can actually be more useful such as providing user options to display various times like various Metrics items there...

While I think there can be better use of the status bar, I am uninclined to put metrics into it, perhaps as in OmegaT. I want to avoid clutter or useless functionality, keeping it as simple as possible.

I have what I think is a better idea for metrics display. It will have to wait until the Metric View changes for overall display, indicated in another feature request, are done first.
