OmegaT latest version 3.6.0 update 1 released

OmegaT 3.6.0 update 1 is a maintenance release, with two enhancements and one bug fix.

The improvements are related to RTL languages.
The handling of tags and custom tags was improved. OmegaT now inserts Unicode control characters around tags for a better directionality.
It is also now possible to insert manually Unicode control characters through a menu entry and via the right-click popup.

The Okapi Filters Plugin for OmegaT could crash. This is fixed in this release, but users of 3.6.0 can also update the plugin to fix the issue:

The Italian localisation was updated.
