#993 Extend check_rules.groovy with ability to find untranslated and source=target segments

Currently, OmegaT makes finding untranslated and source=target segments possible using Kos's scripts. However, running these checks as separate scripts is far from efficient and depends on the user remembering to run each script. Ideally, this functionality could be integrated with check_rules.groovy so that by running just one main script, users could conveniently receive all these error types in one window. This would be yet another step to building a full-fledged QA function for OmegaT.
