#1772 Mark issues as resolved

When I check for issues, I would like to have a way to mark issues as resolved or ignore them. Some issues are in fact not an issue and needs to be exactly as they are. OmegaT considers them an issue. If I could tell the software that I've considered them and make them disappear from the list, it would declutter the issues list a lot.
