https://github.blog/2020-12-15-token-authentication-requirements-for-git-operations/
Beginning August 13, 2021, we will no longer accept account passwords when authenticating Git operations on GitHub.com.
Workflows affected
Command line Git access
Desktop applications using Git (GitHub Desktop is unaffected)
Currently, team members are using their GitHub user name and passwords to authenticate when working on team projects hosted on GitHub. Come August 13, 2021, OmegaT will not be usable for team projects on GitHub.
Duplicate of [#1533], and therefore invalid too.
Team members will have to create access tokens and use them instead of their passwords. OmegaT already allows that.
