It looks like the aligner can generate TUs without source or target. Although TUs with only one TUV are valid, it would be nice to have at least a visual alert when creating such alignments and/or and alert when saving the TMX.

I noticed that several times, when I make wrong use of the aligner (for example: emptying cells instead of unselecting the row).
An incomplete TU in a TMX seems to be problematic for OmegaT when the TMX is used in tm/auto. In this case, re-use of TUs works before the incomplete TU, but not after.
This behavior can be observed in the attached project.
