#1318 Force wrapping in issue windows

The segment displayed in the bottom windows (source/target/suggested fix) do not seem to wrap when a string wider than the window is included. The window should force justification of the string so that everything is visible without having to use the horizontal slide bars.

The panes do wrap; see the attached screenshot. There may be sequences of characters where the default wrapping behavior is unable to find a break location; in that case significant investment in custom behavior is requred. See:

I know it wraps in a lot of cases, but when it doesn't (in a lot of cases on a recuring project I work on), it renders the display useless. See the screenshot.
