#1186 Put archive contents in self-titled root folder for all distributions

Hello everyone,

I would like to request that OmegaT-Zipfiles are extracted in a separate directory and not the current one. I usually don't do a check to show the contents of the file and it is very annoying if even more files are created in the Download directory.

The package I am referring to is OmegaT_3.1.9_04_Without_JRE.zip

The way the files are extracted depends on the extracting tool. This has nothing to do with OmegaT.

Actually, the without_JRE package could contain an "OmegaT" folder instead of having files at the root. That way, it would unpack in an OmegaT folder for extracting tools that don't automatically create a destination folder. Cons: for extracting tools that create such a folder automatically, you get files in "OmegaT/Omegat" instead of just "OmegaT".

I re-open (which doesn't mean I will accept the RFE, but that it is not invalid).

It's not invalid, but frankly I think we should reject it. Putting the payload at the root of the archive is a very common and standard thing to do. Handling it in a nice way should be the job of the extractor.
