A number of improvements are made in the glossary view of the auto-completer:
Glossary terms already presents but capitalised are removed from the view
Glossary entries that are identical due to case matching are collapsed
There is a more aggressive capitalisation matching
Exactly matching entries are sorted higher
The option "Match capitalisation" is always on, and was removed from the dialog
